[Ozgurkon2021-speakers] Connection instructions and important notes

Hello everyone,

Thanks a lot for being a part of ÖzgürKon 2021. Our schedule is released
(at UTC+3) and can be found here[1].

During the event, only free software will be used. Waiting room link can
be found here[2]. Please join the waiting room 15 minutes before your
session (please try to be on time, schedule is crucial since it is a
live event). Don't worry about clicking waiting room link since nothing
will be streamed live in this room. In waiting room you will meet with
your moderator who will help you during your session. You will have 15
minutes before your session to sound check and (if you have any)
presentation system control with the guidance of your moderator.

If you will use a presentation we recommend exporting it to a PDF file
beforehand. Uploading PDF file to the conference system gives higher
quality results. If this is not possible for any reason, you can present
your content with screen sharing too. Also please make sure you have a
decent internet connection during the event.

In addition, sessions will be recorded and published unless otherwise
specified. The records will be licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0 if you did
not mention another license. If you prefer your session not to be
recorded or if you prefer any other licensing, please reach us.
